The Pacifichorizonliving Difference
Built Beyond the Ordinary
A pergola should do more than provide shade. It should become a lasting architectural extension of your home—engineered for strength, designed for everyday comfort, and customized around the way you live.
At Pacific Horizon Living, we combine commercial-grade construction, refined architectural design, integrated technology, and personalized configuration to create complete outdoor living environments.
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all structures. Every project is thoughtfully configured for its location, dimensions, climate, style, and intended use.
What Sets Pacific Horizon Living Apart
Commercial-Grade Structural Engineering
Our pergola systems are built with heavy-duty aluminum structural components designed to provide greater strength, stability, and long-term outdoor performance.
Reinforced posts, beams, internal connections, and engineered mounting systems work together as one integrated structure—not simply a collection of decorative components.
Built for Demanding Weather
Our systems are developed for outdoor environments where wind, rain, sun, snow, and seasonal temperature changes must all be considered.
Product performance depends on the selected model, size, configuration, foundation, anchoring method, and local installation conditions. Project-specific engineering may be available where required.
Precision Louvered Roof System
Adjustable aluminum louvers allow you to control sunlight, shade, ventilation, and rain protection throughout the day.
When closed, the integrated water-management system directs rainwater through concealed channels and internal drainage pathways for a clean, functional appearance.
Durable Architectural Finishes
Our aluminum components are finished for long-term outdoor exposure, helping resist rust, corrosion, fading, and everyday weathering.
Available finish options are selected to complement modern, transitional, and luxury residential architecture.
Fully Customizable Configurations
Every outdoor space is different. Pacific Horizon Living pergolas can be configured with options such as:
- Freestanding or wall-mounted installation
- Multiple sizes and custom dimensions
- Motorized or manual louvers
- Integrated LED lighting
- Motorized screens
- Privacy panels
- Sliding or bi-fold glass doors
- Heaters and ceiling fans
- Outdoor kitchens and fire features
- Smart controls and weather sensors
Your system can begin as a pergola and evolve into a complete outdoor living environment.

More Than a Pergola
A Pacific Horizon Living system is designed as the foundation of a complete outdoor lifestyle.
Create a quiet shaded retreat during the day. Open the louvers for sunlight and airflow. Close the roof when the weather changes. Add lighting, heat, privacy, glass enclosures, or an outdoor kitchen as your needs evolve.
The result is not simply a structure placed in your backyard. It is a purposeful extension of your home.
Designed Around Your Home
The right pergola should feel as though it was always part of the property.
Our approach considers:
- Architectural style
- Available space
- Sun orientation
- Intended use
- Local climate
- Foundation and anchoring
- Drainage requirements
- Privacy and enclosure needs
- Lighting and electrical planning
- Future outdoor living additions
This allows the structure, finishes, and accessories to work together as one cohesive design.
Our Design Philosophy
Strength Without Bulk
Heavy-duty construction should feel refined, not industrial. Our systems balance structural performance with clean proportions and architectural detailing.
Technology Without Complexity
Lighting, louvers, screens, and sensors should make outdoor living easier. Controls are designed to be intuitive and seamlessly integrated.
Customization Without Compromise
Your space should determine the system—not the other way around. Each configuration is selected around your property and lifestyle.
Long-Term Value
A thoughtfully designed outdoor living system can improve the way you use your home for years to come. We focus on durable materials, adaptable configurations, and timeless design rather than temporary trends.

Shipping Policy
At Pacific Horizon Living, many of our products are oversized, freight-shipped, made to order, or customized for a specific project. Shipping methods, costs, and delivery timelines therefore vary by product, configuration, and destination.
Please review this policy before placing your order.
1. Order Confirmation and Lead Times
Estimated lead times begin only after all applicable order requirements have been completed, including:
- The order has been accepted and confirmed;
- The required payment or deposit has been received;
- Product dimensions, colors, finishes, and options have been finalized;
- Customer-approved drawings or specifications have been completed, when applicable; and
- Any required shipping information has been provided.
Changes requested after order confirmation may result in additional charges and revised production or delivery estimates.
All production, shipping, and delivery timelines are estimates unless Pacific Horizon Living expressly confirms a guaranteed date in writing.
2. Estimated Production and Delivery Timeframes
In-Stock Accessories and Small Products
Estimated processing time: 3–7 business days
Estimated carrier transit time: 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and selected shipping service.
Standard-Size Outdoor Products
Estimated total lead time: 6–8 weeks
This estimate may include:
- Standard production;
- Quality inspection;
- Export preparation and packaging;
- International or domestic freight transportation;
- Customs clearance, when applicable; and
- Final regional delivery coordination.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Estimated total lead time: 8–12 weeks
Complex configurations may require additional time, including:
- Custom-size pergolas;
- Special colors or finishes;
- Glass doors and enclosure systems;
- Outdoor kitchens and custom countertops;
- Integrated screens, lighting, heaters, or control systems;
- Project-specific engineering; and
- Large commercial or multi-unit orders.
Your quotation or order confirmation may provide a different project-specific estimate. Where provided, the project-specific estimate will apply.
Highly Customized or Commercial Projects
Large, engineered, multi-unit, or commercial projects may require 12 weeks or longer.
A project timeline will be provided after the scope, specifications, production requirements, and destination are confirmed.
3. Production Time vs. Transit Time
Production time and shipping transit time are separate.
Production time begins after the order is fully approved and ready for manufacturing.
Transit time begins after the completed product has been released to the carrier.
Carrier tracking may not become active immediately after the shipment leaves the manufacturing facility, particularly for ocean freight, consolidated shipments, customs processing, or transfers between freight providers.
4. Shipping Methods
Depending on the product and destination, orders may ship by:
- Standard parcel carrier;
- Less-than-truckload freight;
- Full truckload;
- Ocean freight;
- Air freight;
- Consolidated freight;
- Terminal pickup;
- Residential curbside delivery; or
- Specialized or white-glove delivery, when available.
Pacific Horizon Living determines the appropriate shipping method unless a different method is agreed to in writing.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges depend on factors including:
- Product dimensions and weight;
- Number of packages or crates;
- Delivery destination;
- Residential or commercial address;
- Liftgate requirements;
- Limited-access or remote-area delivery;
- Customs and import requirements;
- Port, terminal, and brokerage fees; and
- Selected delivery service.
Shipping displayed during checkout or included in a quotation applies only to the services specifically described.
Additional fees caused by incorrect address information, restricted access, failed delivery attempts, storage, redelivery, or customer-requested service changes may be charged separately.
6. Delivery Area
Pacific Horizon Living may ship to selected destinations in the United States, Canada, and other international markets.
Availability depends on:
- Product type;
- Carrier service area;
- Import restrictions;
- Local delivery access;
- Product certification requirements; and
- Destination-country regulations.
Customers outside our standard delivery areas should contact us before ordering for a shipping quotation and availability confirmation.
7. Freight Delivery
Pergolas, outdoor kitchens, fire tables, glass systems, and other large products are generally delivered by freight carrier.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, standard freight delivery is curbside delivery only.
Curbside delivery generally means the shipment is delivered to the nearest safe and accessible point at the delivery address. It does not include:
- Moving the shipment into a garage, home, backyard, or installation area;
- Unpacking or removing packaging;
- Assembly or installation;
- Crane, forklift, or specialty equipment;
- Carrying products upstairs or through narrow access points; or
- Disposal of crates, pallets, or packaging.
Customers must arrange suitable labor and equipment to receive, unload, move, and store the shipment safely.
8. Delivery Appointments and Access Requirements
Freight carriers may contact the customer to arrange a delivery appointment.
The customer is responsible for providing:
- A correct phone number and email address;
- An accurate and complete delivery address;
- Safe vehicle access;
- Adequate driveway, gate, road, and turning clearance;
- Any required unloading equipment;
- An authorized person to receive the shipment; and
- Advance notice of restricted-access conditions.
Please notify us before shipment if the destination includes:
- A gated community;
- A narrow or steep road;
- Weight or height restrictions;
- Construction access;
- A residential area unsuitable for large trucks;
- A remote or rural location;
- A school, resort, golf club, military facility, or limited-access property; or
- A location requiring special appointment procedures.
Additional carrier fees may apply.
9. Delivery Inspection
The customer or authorized recipient must inspect the shipment before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.
Before the driver leaves:
- Confirm the number of pallets, crates, cartons, and packages;
- Inspect the exterior packaging for damage;
- Look for punctures, dents, crushed areas, tears, water exposure, or broken wrapping;
- Photograph the shipment from multiple angles;
- Record any visible damage or missing packages on the delivery receipt; and
- Keep a copy of the signed delivery documentation.
Do not sign the shipment as received in good condition when visible damage is present.
Signing without noting visible damage may limit the ability to pursue a freight claim.
10. Damaged Shipments
Visible shipping damage should be reported to Pacific Horizon Living within 48 hours of delivery.
Concealed damage discovered after unpacking should be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number;
- Delivery date;
- Signed delivery receipt;
- Photographs of the complete shipment;
- Photographs of the packaging and labels;
- Photographs and videos of the damaged area; and
- A description of the damage.
Keep all products, packaging, crates, and pallets until the claim has been reviewed.
Do not install, repair, alter, discard, or return the damaged product without written authorization.
Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include replacement parts, repair, product replacement, carrier inspection, or another appropriate resolution.
11. Missing or Incorrect Items
Please inspect the shipment and compare it with the packing list promptly after delivery.
Missing or incorrectly supplied items must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Some hardware and accessories may be packed inside larger components, beams, cabinets, or accessory boxes. Please inspect all packages carefully before reporting an item as missing.
12. Tracking and Shipping Updates
Tracking information will be provided when available.
For parcel shipments, tracking may update shortly after carrier pickup.
For freight and international shipments, tracking may be limited or may not update during:
- Ocean transit;
- Port handling;
- Customs clearance;
- Container transfer;
- Consolidated transportation; or
- Regional carrier assignment.
Our team may provide milestone updates when conventional parcel tracking is unavailable.
13. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges
For international shipments, the customer may be responsible for:
- Customs duties;
- Import taxes;
- Value-added or sales taxes;
- Brokerage fees;
- Port or terminal fees;
- Inspection charges;
- Storage fees;
- Local delivery charges; and
- Other destination-country costs.
Unless specifically included in writing, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
Customers are responsible for confirming local import, certification, permit, electrical, gas, and building-code requirements before ordering.
14. Delays
Production and delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside the reasonable control of Pacific Horizon Living, including:
- Material availability;
- Production scheduling;
- Quality-control requirements;
- Supplier delays;
- Weather;
- Carrier congestion;
- Port congestion;
- Customs inspections;
- Government actions;
- Labor disruptions;
- Natural disasters;
- Regional access restrictions; or
- Other transportation interruptions.
We will provide updated information when reasonably available.
For U.S. online orders, sellers generally must have a reasonable basis for the stated shipping timeframe. If the promised shipping date cannot be met, applicable rules may require the seller to obtain the customer’s consent to the delay or provide a refund for the unshipped merchandise.
15. Address Changes
Customers must review the shipping address carefully before submitting an order.
Address changes requested after processing or shipment may:
- Delay delivery;
- Require carrier approval;
- Result in rerouting fees;
- Cause storage or redelivery charges; or
- Be unavailable.
Pacific Horizon Living is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
16. Failed Delivery, Redelivery, and Storage
Additional charges may apply when delivery cannot be completed because:
- No authorized recipient is available;
- The delivery appointment is missed;
- The address is incorrect;
- Access is unsafe or restricted;
- Required unloading equipment is unavailable;
- The customer refuses an authorized shipment; or
- The shipment cannot be unloaded within the carrier’s permitted time.
The customer may be responsible for:
- Redelivery fees;
- Storage charges;
- Detention fees;
- Address-correction fees;
- Return freight; and
- Related carrier expenses.
17. Refused Shipments
Customers should not refuse delivery solely because the packaging shows minor cosmetic wear.
If substantial visible damage is present, document the damage on the delivery receipt and contact Pacific Horizon Living immediately for guidance.
An unauthorized refusal does not automatically cancel the order or entitle the customer to a full refund. Return freight, storage, redelivery, and restocking charges may apply.
18. Installation Scheduling
Do not schedule installers, contractors, electricians, plumbers, gas technicians, cranes, or other third-party services until:
- The complete shipment has arrived;
- All packages have been inspected;
- All required components have been confirmed; and
- Any delivery damage or missing items have been resolved.
Pacific Horizon Living is not responsible for third-party labor, cancellation fees, rescheduling fees, equipment rental, accommodation, or other costs caused by estimated or delayed delivery dates unless expressly agreed in writing.
19. Ownership and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss transfer as provided by the applicable order confirmation, quotation, shipping terms, and governing law.
Where no separate written shipping term is provided, responsibility for freight claims and delivery issues will be evaluated based on the shipping method, carrier documentation, and applicable consumer law.

Warranty & Returns
Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Pacific Horizon Living, we want every customer to understand the product, configuration, delivery requirements, and return conditions before placing an order.
Because many of our products are oversized, freight-shipped, customized, made to order, or specially configured for a particular project, return eligibility varies by product.
Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Standard, non-customized products may be eligible for return within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided that the product:
- Is unused, unassembled, and uninstalled;
- Is in new and resalable condition;
- Includes all original parts, hardware, manuals, and accessories;
- Remains in its original packaging;
- Has not been modified, damaged, or exposed to weather; and
- Has received prior written return authorization from Pacific Horizon Living.
Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval. All returns must be reviewed and authorized before shipment.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where defective, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise required by applicable law:
- Custom-sized or made-to-order pergolas;
- Products manufactured to customer-approved dimensions;
- Custom colors, finishes, coatings, or special-order materials;
- Wall-mounted or project-specific structural configurations;
- Glass doors, screens, panels, or enclosures made for a specific opening;
- Outdoor kitchens, countertops, cabinetry, or appliances configured for a project;
- Products that have entered engineering, manufacturing, finishing, or assembly;
- Products that have been assembled, installed, anchored, wired, plumbed, or connected to gas;
- Products that have been modified, cut, drilled, painted, or altered;
- Clearance, discontinued, display, sample, or final-sale products;
- Replacement parts ordered for a specific product or project;
- Opened electrical, motorized, gas, burner, ignition, or control components;
- Gift cards;
- Services, permits, engineering fees, consultation fees, delivery charges, and installation fees already performed; and
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling, storage, assembly, installation, maintenance, or use.
Please confirm all dimensions, colors, configurations, accessories, and site requirements before approving a custom order.
3. Order Cancellations
Standard Products
Standard product orders may be cancelled before fulfillment or shipment begins.
Once an order has been processed, packed, transferred to a freight carrier, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available and the order will be subject to the applicable return conditions.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Custom or made-to-order products may be cancelled only before design approval, engineering, material procurement, or production begins.
Once any of these stages has started, the order becomes non-cancellable and payments made may be non-refundable.
If cancellation is approved after administrative, design, engineering, procurement, or production work has started, Pacific Horizon Living may deduct the costs already incurred before issuing any remaining refund.
4. Changes to Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all quotations, drawings, dimensions, colors, finishes, layouts, accessory selections, and installation details before approval.
Requested changes may be accepted only if production has not progressed beyond the relevant stage.
Approved changes may result in:
- Additional charges;
- Revised production schedules;
- New engineering or drawing fees;
- Material restocking charges; or
- Delayed delivery.
Pacific Horizon Living is not responsible for errors in customer-provided measurements, site information, drawings, approvals, or product selections.
5. How to Request a Return
Before returning any product, contact us at:
Email: info@pacifichorizonliving.com
Please include:
- Full name;
- Order number;
- Product name and model;
- Delivery date;
- Reason for the return;
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging; and
- Confirmation that the product has not been assembled, installed, used, or modified.
If the return is approved, we will provide written return authorization and shipping instructions.
Returns sent without prior written authorization may be refused.
6. Return Shipping and Freight Costs
Unless the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied by Pacific Horizon Living, the customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping;
- Freight charges;
- Packaging and crating;
- Insurance;
- Liftgate or residential delivery charges;
- Customs duties and brokerage fees;
- Warehouse or terminal charges; and
- Any other costs related to returning the product.
Original shipping, freight, delivery, customs, handling, installation, and service charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from an error by Pacific Horizon Living.
Large or oversized products must be returned using an approved freight carrier and suitable protective packaging.
7. Restocking Fee
Approved returns of eligible standard products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product purchase price.
The fee may cover inspection, handling, repackaging, warehouse processing, and reduced resale value.
The final restocking fee, if any, will be confirmed before the return is completed.
No restocking fee will apply where the return is caused by a confirmed manufacturing defect, shipping damage properly reported at delivery, or an incorrect item supplied by Pacific Horizon Living.
8. Product Condition and Inspection
Returned products will be inspected after arrival.
A refund may be reduced or denied if the product:
- Is used, assembled, installed, or altered;
- Is missing components, hardware, manuals, or packaging;
- Has scratches, dents, stains, corrosion, weather exposure, or other damage;
- Was improperly packaged for return transportation;
- Cannot be resold as new; or
- Does not match the condition described in the return request.
Pacific Horizon Living is not responsible for damage occurring during unauthorized or improperly packaged return shipping.
9. Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable:
- Restocking fee;
- Return freight;
- Original non-refundable shipping or service charges;
- Missing-part costs;
- Damage deductions; or
- Other amounts previously disclosed and authorized.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Refunds are issued in the currency used for the original purchase. Shopify states that refunds are returned in the currency the customer used to pay.
10. Damaged Shipments
Customers must inspect all shipments before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.
If visible damage is present:
- Photograph the packaging and damaged areas;
- Note the damage clearly on the carrier’s delivery receipt;
- Retain all packaging materials;
- Do not install or modify the product; and
- Contact Pacific Horizon Living within 48 hours of delivery.
Whenever possible, write “Damaged” or describe the visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.
Signing a shipment as received in good condition without noting visible damage may limit the ability to recover compensation from the carrier.
Concealed damage discovered after unpacking must be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery, together with clear photographs and videos.
Pacific Horizon Living will review the claim and may arrange replacement parts, repair, replacement, carrier inspection, or another appropriate remedy.
11. Missing or Incorrect Parts
Please inspect the complete shipment promptly after delivery.
Missing or incorrectly supplied parts must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Include:
- Order number;
- Packing list;
- Product and part description;
- Photographs of all received packages;
- Photographs of package labels; and
- A clear description of the missing or incorrect item.
Some hardware and components may be packed inside beams, cabinets, accessory boxes, or other larger components.
Do not purchase replacement parts independently unless authorized in writing.
12. Defective Products
A product suspected of having a manufacturing defect will be evaluated under our Limited Product Warranty.
Pacific Horizon Living may request:
- Photographs or videos;
- Installation records;
- Contractor information;
- Electrical, gas, or foundation documentation;
- Diagnostic testing;
- Return of the affected component; or
- An inspection.
Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement parts, product replacement, or another remedy required by applicable law.
A reported defect does not automatically entitle the customer to return the entire product for a refund.
13. Installation and Third-Party Costs
Unless approved in writing before the work is performed, Pacific Horizon Living does not reimburse:
- Assembly or installation labor;
- Removal or disassembly;
- Reinstallation;
- Crane, forklift, or access-equipment charges;
- Electrical, plumbing, or gas work;
- Concrete, foundations, decks, or site preparation;
- Permits, engineering, inspections, or HOA fees;
- Landscaping or property restoration;
- Storage costs; or
- Third-party contractor charges.
Customers should not authorize repairs, removal, disposal, or replacement work before receiving written instructions.
14. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery without prior authorization, or if delivery cannot be completed because of inaccurate information, unavailable access, failure to attend an appointment, or inadequate unloading arrangements, the customer may be responsible for:
- Redelivery charges;
- Return freight;
- Storage fees;
- Terminal charges;
- Restocking fees; and
- Other carrier-related costs.
Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel an order or create eligibility for a full refund.
This section does not apply where refusal is reasonably necessary because the shipment has substantial visible damage and the customer has documented the issue with the carrier and Pacific Horizon Living.
15. International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, inspection charges, port charges, and destination-country requirements.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
Custom, made-to-order, and internationally shipped products may not be eligible for return because of freight costs, customs restrictions, and project-specific manufacturing.
Customers are responsible for confirming local import, certification, building-code, electrical, gas, and installation requirements before ordering.
16. Shipping Delays and Unavailable Products
Production and transit dates are estimates unless a guaranteed date is expressly confirmed in writing.
Where applicable U.S. rules apply, an online seller that cannot ship within the promised time generally must obtain the customer’s agreement to the delay or provide the required refund.
If Pacific Horizon Living cannot fulfill an unshipped order, we will provide an appropriate cancellation, substitute option, revised delivery estimate, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
17. Exchanges
Direct exchanges may not be available for oversized, freight-shipped, custom, or made-to-order products.
Where an eligible standard product is approved for exchange, the customer may be responsible for:
- Return freight;
- Shipping of the replacement product;
- Price differences;
- Restocking fees; and
- Applicable taxes or duties.
Replacement orders may be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
18. Legal Rights
This policy does not exclude, restrict, or replace any statutory consumer right, legal guarantee, or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
Customers may have additional rights depending on their province, state, territory, country, or jurisdiction.
Where this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law, the applicable law will control.

6. Powder-Coated and Outdoor Finishes
Outdoor finishes naturally change over time due to exposure to sunlight, moisture, salt, pollution, chemicals, and weather conditions.
Minor fading, gloss reduction, color variation, surface chalking, and ordinary weathering are not considered manufacturing defects.
Products installed in coastal, marine, industrial, high-humidity, or chemically exposed environments may require more frequent cleaning and maintenance. Failure to follow recommended care requirements may affect warranty eligibility.
7. Wind, Snow, and Weather Conditions
Published wind, snow, and load ratings are based on specified product configurations, proper installation, suitable foundations, approved anchoring methods, and controlled testing conditions.
Actual performance may vary depending on product size, configuration, enclosure options, installation location, foundation conditions, surrounding structures, local terrain, and weather conditions.
Customers are responsible for:
- Obtaining any required permits and approvals;
- Confirming local building-code requirements;
- Using appropriate foundations and anchoring systems;
- Following operating instructions before severe weather; and
- Removing excessive snow, ice, water, or debris when required.
A product’s wind or snow rating is not a guarantee against damage during every weather event.
8. Third-Party Components
Certain appliances, motors, controls, burners, heaters, lighting systems, and other components may be manufactured by third parties.
These components may be covered exclusively by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Pacific Horizon Living may assist customers with obtaining warranty information, but the component manufacturer may be responsible for evaluating and resolving the claim.

FAQs
How do I choose the right pergola size?
Start by measuring the available width and projection of your installation area. Also consider door and window clearance, rooflines, gutters, furniture placement, drainage, property setbacks, and installation access. For custom or complex projects, professional site measurements are recommended before finalizing the order.
Can the pergola be customized?
Yes. Available customization options may include size, frame color, louver color, freestanding or wall-mounted installation, motorized controls, LED lighting, privacy screens, glass doors, heaters, ceiling fans, and other accessories. Available options vary by model and configuration.
Are your pergolas suitable for rain, wind, and snow?
Our pergola systems are designed for demanding outdoor conditions. Performance depends on the selected model, size, configuration, foundation, anchoring method, and local installation conditions. Wind and snow ratings apply only to the specific tested or engineered configuration.
Is the louvered roof waterproof?
When the louvers are fully closed and the system is properly installed, the integrated roof and drainage system is designed to provide effective rain protection. However, wind-driven rain, severe storms, installation conditions, and enclosure configurations may affect water performance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We serve customers in multiple countries. Shipping availability, freight costs, and delivery schedules vary depending on the destination.
Is professional installation required?
Professional installation is strongly recommended. Pergolas require accurate assembly, leveling, anchoring, drainage, and electrical planning. Structural, electrical, gas, or permit-related work may need to be completed by qualified or licensed professionals, depending on local requirements.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated lead times depend on the product and configuration. Standard pergola systems typically require approximately 6–8 weeks, while custom dimensions, special finishes, glass systems, or complex configurations may require approximately 8–12 weeks. Timelines begin after specifications, approvals, and payment requirements are completed.
